Bill Russo started working with Siegel back in the late 1960's and was a huge influence on Siegel's music. Scott Hall is the coordinator of Jazz Studies at Columbia College in Chicago. Hall worked with Russo in the Chicago Jazz Ensemble and discusses Bill Russo's concepts on music and his legacy at Columbia College.
